Development has ceased and there are currently no plans for future releases.ATI now officially supports all retail, OEM, and on-board Radeon chipsets. If your graphics chipset is not recognized by the latest version of ATI Displays, please contact ATI Technical Support. September 24, 2004It's officially happened! Hell has frozen over! Well actually ATI now officially supports OEM and Mobility Radeon owners with ATI Displays 4.4 and later.Radeon Enabler has served its purpose, but will now be retired. Feel free to download the latest version of Radeon Enabler if you're running ATI Displays 4.2.5 or earlier. Radeon Enabler will not be updated to support ATI Displays 4.4 since OEM support is already included. The only exception is a few oddball OEM variants or flashed PC cards that have unusual ROM's. If there's enough demand, there might be another version of Radeon Enabler. Only time will tell... September 9, 2004There is a new version (4.3) of ATI Displays that is included on the installation CD shipped with the newly-released retail Radeon 9200PCI. The version is not available for download. Beta testing is underway and Radeon Enabler will support the new version soon.July 6, 2004Radeon Enabler 1.1.1 released. June 8, 2004After lots of testing, debugging and development, I've finally found a solution to the problems that have prevented support for Mobility and on-board ATI graphics. These changes required a substantial rewrite of parts of Radeon Enabler to work around the limitations in the ATI software.Beta testing is underway now and the result have, thus far, been promising. I expect to release a new version of Radeon Enabler in the next couple of days with support for most ATI Radeon Mobility and on-board chipsets. Stay tuned for details...
